Spirit of Christmas Vendor/Participant

Shall indemnify and hold harmless the Central Steuben Chamber of Commerce, The Village Of Bath, Spirit Of Christmas, sponsors, or their officials and employees from any and all loss, cost(including reasonable attorney fees and court costs), damages, expense and liability arising from the Spirit of Christmas. The Central Steuben Chamber of Commerce accepts no liability for any actions that may arise. Any insurance protection which may be necessary for accidental injury or property damage during the event is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
