Everyone must line up inside the park- no skipping lines

Guidelines for Trunk Space *

Participants must commit to stay for the duration of the event

Participants are to bring bags of individually wrapped candy to distribute. Stickers, toys, etc are also acceptable.

Businesses and organizations may display their name as part of their trunk.

You must supply your own power for your trunk. You may not plug into the power outlets within the park.

All vehicles must be backed into the spaces, turned off and all headlights off

Trunks are assigned by the Chamber of Commerce. You will check in at a registration table the night of the event to get your assignment.

No alcohol, smoking of any kind or drugs are allowed

All Vehicle decorations and music must be socially acceptable and appropriate for children younger than age 5

You must click that you have read and understand all of the guidelines to have a trunk space.

Liability Waiver *

Shall indemnify and hold harmless the Central Steuben Chamber of Commerce, Trunk or Treat, sponsors, or their officials and employees from any and all loss, cost(including reasonable attorney fees and court costs), damages, expense and liability arising from the Trunk or Treat event. The Central Steuben Chamber of Commerce accepts no liability for any actions that may arise. Any insurance protection which may be necessary for accidental injury or property damage during the event is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
